The Data Centre Operator and Helpdesk Support role ensures the smooth operation of data centre facilities and provides first-line application support.


Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, security)
  • Provide 24/7 operational support in rotating shifts.
  • Manage security access logs and assist in troubleshooting.
    • Provide Level 1 support for applications, escalating complex issues as needed


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data centre operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in application helpdesk support.
  • Certification in Data Centre Facilities Operations or equivalent.
  • Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift
