Admin and Social Media executive

We’re a growing nail salon group with 3 unique boutique concepts, and we’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team!

Role:
As our Social Media & Admin Assistant , you’ll support the day-to-day operations and play a key role in our online presence. This is a great opportunity for fresh polytechnic graduates who love beauty, social media, and want to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Assist in planning monthly promotions and marketing campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and appointment bookings
• Support ad-hoc tasks from management when needed
• Occasionally visit outlets to take photos/videos or assist in events
