Assistant General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee all business entities daily operations, business development, and strategic execution of initiatives across our medical aesthetics clinics in Singapore. The AGM will work closely with the Director to lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance patient experience, and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations & Clinic Management

• Oversee daily operations across all business entities to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and patient satisfaction.

• Coordinate with Director and front-line staff to ensure consistent SOP compliance.

• Monitor clinic KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
  

Team Leadership & HR

• Lead and manage clinic teams, including operations staff, therapists, and administrative personnel.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and high service standards.

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow patient base and revenue.

• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

• Support in launching new services or product lines in collaboration with medical advisors and marketing teams.
  

Finance & Budgeting

• Assist in budget planning, cost control, and financial forecasting.

• Ensure proper inventory and procurement management to control expenses and avoid shortages.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all clinical practices comply with MOH guidelines and industry regulations.

• Lead initiatives for audit readiness and maintain documentation for medical, safety, and legal compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience , preferably in the medical aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare industry .

• Strong understanding of clinic operations, aesthetic treatments, and patient care.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver on KPIs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare regulations and MOH licensing requirements.
