Operation Coordinator (Logistics MNC) 5.25 Days

Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for an Operation Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Job Responsibilities of Operation Coordinator:

• Act as main contact for customers, carriers, and suppliers.
• Handle order processing, transport bookings, and documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely milestone updates from partners.
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and process improvements.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and compliance.
Follow company SOPs and support process updates

Requirements:

• Min 1 years of logistics operation experience
• Entry level is welcome
• Able to commit weekend or PH when required
