Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for partnerships, bulk orders, and event services.
  • Support sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreement finalization.
  • Maintain a proactive approach in lead generation through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client needs are met before, during, and after events.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and strengthen client engagement.
  • Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored pricing, menu options, and service packages.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote corporate sales, event services, and workshops.
  • Support promotional activities such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and partnership collaborations.
  • Maintain accurate records of corporate leads, event bookings, and client communication.
  • Track sales performance, event and workshop success, and client feedback to provide regular reports.
  • Assist in budget and cost management to ensure profitable corporate sales and event operations


Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Diploma holders with strong experience in sales or events may also be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or event services.
  • Experience handling corporate clients or partnerships is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with F&B, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Ability to create and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
  • Solid understanding of basic budgeting and pricing strategies.
  • Capable of using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.
