Business Intelligence Analyst (North / IT Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems to simplify complex problems into actionable frameworks.
• Utilize data analysis tools to gather, process, and visualize data, enabling stakeholders to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and make informed decisions.
• Validate and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, KPIs, and performance metrics through clear, interactive visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations that enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
• Support project lifecycle activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Partner with the Digital Business Partner to align stakeholder needs with digital initiatives and drive successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst, with strong data mining, evaluation, and visualization capabilities.
• Proficient in technical writing for queries, reports, and presentations.
• Skilled in programming and data frameworks: ETL, XML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with statistical tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Microsoft Power BI Certification.
• Technically adept, with experience in digital tools including Generative AI, Data Automation, RPA (e.g., UIPath), and Microsoft Productivity Tools.
