We require a Factory Admin Assistant with experience & knowledge in preapring Risk Assesement, MOS, SWP.


Job Requirements

  • Bizsafe L2 cert with expeirence in prepare Risk Assesement
  • Able to to MOS, SWP, FPP with inputs from project managers guidance.
    • Assist in factory operations admin support


Job Responsiblities

  • Prepare Names list, Safety documents to clients review & approval.
  • Assist workers on online applications of permits when required.
  • Keep track of factory expired equipments such as Fire extinguishers, LM Certs, Air compressort cert.
  • Attend of audit inspection by authorities in workshop.
  • Assist to arrange & keep track of production works with factory supervisor.
