Position Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for all human resource activities for the Company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries

Brenntag TA Team
- Responsible for human resource activities which include employment, labor relations, compensation and benefits.
- Responsible for managing the monthly payroll computation and processing of expenses claim.
- Execute payroll and related process in a timely and accurate manner including CPF, NSmen submission etc.
- Ensure all monthly and ad-hoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
- Ensure prompt submission of statutory payments and annual tax filing.
- Complete and submit salary survey questionnaires and government regulatory survey.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and performance evaluation systems.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.
- Interview job applicants and review application/ resume.
- Evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Application, renewal and cancelation of work pass for foreign employees.
- Assist in new employee orientation.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- Submission of insurance claim for employee and follow-up with claim reimbursement.
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation to employees.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees.
- Assist in employee termination and resignee exit clearance.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Recommend management systems improvement measures to the Superior.
- Comply with management systems procedures.
- To follow the company’s procedures, safety rules and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment.
- Not to engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
- Use of personal protective equipment provided, to ensure safety while working.
- The responsibilities to participate in protecting the environment, preventing pollution, complying with applicable requirements as identified in the policy statements and promoting sustainable practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- GCE ‘O’ Level. At least 3 years of working experience in related field for senior position.
- Knowledge in payroll processing.
- Knowledge in Employment Law.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must have analytical experience and be accurate with figures
- Good personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a professional communicator who can motivate and encourage team members to perform well.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems.
- Reacts well under pressure, especially in the midst of constant organizational changes.
- Work independently and required minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Abide by Company’s policies and procedures at all time. Always represent the Company in a professional manner.
