Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that office operations run efficiently, support staff are well-coordinated, and internal processes are streamlined. The role includes managing administrative staff, maintaining office systems, supporting budgeting efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
  • Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and improve office administrative systems, including recordkeeping and data management.
  • Coordinate facility management, including office maintenance, repairs, and supply ordering.
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management as needed.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and support cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
