Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that office operations run efficiently, support staff are well-coordinated, and internal processes are streamlined. The role includes managing administrative staff, maintaining office systems, supporting budgeting efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and improve office administrative systems, including recordkeeping and data management.
- Coordinate facility management, including office maintenance, repairs, and supply ordering.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, leave management, and maintaining personnel records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management as needed.
- Handle internal and external communications, including with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor administrative budgets and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
