SUPERVISOR

Requirements

• Proven experience as a supervisor in a spa shop or related service industry
• Strong team management, staff training, and scheduling abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work long hours and stand for extended periods
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Familiar with basic shop operations and customer service standards

Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate daily/weekly work schedules and objectives to staff
• Arrange therapists’ shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate manpower
• Supervise service quality on-site and provide guidance or training
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Improve operational efficiency by proposing and implementing enhancements
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies at all times
