Assistant GM, Finance

Job Description:

• Support all finance system implementations
• Co-ordinate with business units on the set-up of financial systems for all business developments
• Support integration of newly set up entities/acquired entities to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support process changes initiatives
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, and continually automate/ streamline processes to improve the efficiency of various finance processes
• Support governance, processes, and controls in operations for the local Singapore entities and joint ventures.
• Manage, oversee and review the monthly financial reporting in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported
• Support annual budgeting and annual financial audit in all overseas subsidiaries and related companies and to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data reported.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in relevant position
• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Be proficient with MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Meticulous attention to details with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant personality and able to adapt to work with multinational working environment.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum supervision.
• Able to work on own initiative and under stressful conditions.
