Our client is a fast-scaling technology startup headquartered in Hong Kong, focused on building innovative digital solutions that are disrupting their sector. As they continue expanding their product and team footprint across Asia, they are now seeking an experienced and agile HR Business Partner to support their growing workforce and drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver high-impact HR strategies, support organizational development, and foster a thriving startup culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and functional heads to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
- Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on people-related matters including team development, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Drive talent management initiatives such as career development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Champion a positive and inclusive company culture through employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and startup employment best practices. Support or lead projects in HR digitalization, policy development, and compensation benchmarking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor regulations and HR practices.
- Proven experience supporting a tech or digital workforce, including software engineers and product teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
