Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of requests.
• Manage customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), including preparing quotations and tracking quotation status to secure orders.
• Coordinate customer requirements from order placement to delivery by liaising with internal teams such as logistics, planning, purchasing, production, quality assurance, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support customer forecasts and upcoming demands.
• Analyse customer forecasts and market trends to provide accurate data for internal purchasing and production planning.
• Organise and lead internal meetings to communicate and align on customer requirements and expectations.
• Address and resolve customer feedback related to engineering changes (ECN), product quality, and delivery issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s safety, health, and workplace procedures, as well as relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Technical knowledge and experience within manufacturing industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects, engage directly with customers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
