Job Title: Painting Project Manager – R&R and MCST Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Painting Project Manager to oversee Repair & Redecoration (R&R) and MCST projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee painting and R&R projects for residential, commercial, and MCST properties.
• Attend site meetings, AGM/EGMs, and technical discussions with Managing Agents, Consultants, and MCST representatives.
• Prepare project quotations and proposals based on site assessments and client requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and final account documentation.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing painting, R&R, or MCST-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of painting systems, building maintenance, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.
• Minimum Diploma in Building, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
