We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and revenue growth for our innovative security solutions (CCTV, access control, AI surveillance). You’ll spearhead relationships with builders, insurers, property developers, and government agencies to expand our market presence in Singapore and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners (construction firms, property agents, Interior design firms)
- Negotiate win - win collaborations with our partners
Revenue Growth:
- New Concept on partnership
- Close high-value B2B contracts
Market Expansion:
- Represent the company at industry events/trade shows.
- Explore new verticals and regional markets
Leadership
- Collaborate with sales/techincal teams to deliver end to end solutions
- Provide Market insights to enhance solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales/business development (security or construction industries preferred).
- Hunter Mentality
- Ability to pitch new concept or create new concept
- Some Marketing skill
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with partnership-based models (e.g., revenue-sharing agreements).
- Knowledge of Singapore’s security regulations (e.g., Police Licensing requirements).
- Existing relationships with builders or government agencies in SG
