Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Drafter

1) Develop detailed shop drawing to relevant standard as requested.

2) Prepared drawings in accordance with project or Company's standard practise for documentation.

3) Update drawings in accordance with Design & Document Control procedures.

4) Check and review drawings and illustrations before submission, ensuring correctness and compliance with Company and project standards.

5) Project Management such as attending site meetings with designers & clients. minimum Bachelor's Degree in relavant field and at least 3 year of working experience drafting for either MEP, Civil & Structural, Architectual and Interior decoration works.

6) Must have competency in AutoCAD.

7) Knowledge in mechanical, assembly and installation drawing is a plus.

8) Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.

9) Fresh Graduate with the right attitude and willing to learn are welcome.

10) Provide CAD drafting/Bim Modeling and design support.

11) Coordinate and manage Revit Models.

12) Create Revit families and CAD blocks.

13) Obtain work assignments of eithers specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.

14) Review all work for completencess and accurancy.

15) Use checklist set-up for quality control and each project and submit work accordingly to deadlines.

16) Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on weekly basis.

17) Complete printing and plotting requests.

18) Observe professional ethics.

19) Demonstrate proactive approach to learing of new digital design tools.
