• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauticians and support staff.

• Train or mentor junior staff in new techniques and services.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon.
• Oversee inventory management (products, tools, and supplies).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Help plan promotions and marketing strategies to attract clients.
• Upsell beauty services and products.

• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
  

Interested Candidate need to have at least 5 years of hands on & supervisory experience in Beauty services.
