1.Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Training Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with the center's academic and operational goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs across teaching and administrative teams.

2. Training Program Design & Delivery

  • Create onboarding programs for new educators and staff to ensure smooth integration into the center’s culture and teaching methodology.
  • Plan and conduct workshops, seminars, and in-service training on instructional methods, classroom management, use of education technology, and customer service.
  • Organize peer-learning, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.

3. Performance Management & Staff Development

  • Collaborate with Academic Heads and HR to set professional development goals for staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and individual progress.
  • Support teachers and staff in achieving performance improvements through personalized development plans.

4. Curriculum & Teaching Quality Support

  • Work closely with curriculum designers to ensure teaching strategies are aligned with learning objectives.
  • Assist in standardizing lesson delivery and assessment practices across subjects and levels.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide structured feedback to teaching staff.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and feedback documentation.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on training activities, participation, and impact.
  • Manage training budget and coordinate with external vendors or trainers when required. Strategic Training Planning

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, training, or learning and development roles.
  • Prior experience in a tuition center, private education institute, or similar learning organization is strongly preferred.
