Sales Director (LED)

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Director (LED) for our client, a leading electronics manufacturer looking to expand into the lightning industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the lightning industry and experience bringing in new accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth in core markets
• Proactively identify and secure lighting project opportunities to meet business objectives
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Lead the development of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents
• Deliver actionable market insights to support product innovation and market positioning
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through consistent engagement

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience with a solid network and a strong track record in LED sales
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
