Project Engineer

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, construction, procurement)

Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents

2. Technical Oversight

Ensure engineering designs comply with codes/standards

Resolve technical issues during execution

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments

3. Construction Supervision

Monitor work quality and progress against plans

Approve materials and construction methods

Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project records (daily logs, inspection reports)

Prepare progress reports

Manage as-built drawings and project closeout documents

5. Safety & Compliance

Implement and enforce safety protocols

Ensure regulatory compliance

Conduct safety audits and incident investigations

6. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary technical contact for clients

Conduct project meetings and presentations

Manage expectations and resolve conflicts

Requirement:

1.Diploma or Degree in related engineering.

2.Min 3 years working experience.

3.Work location:Jurong island or other construction sites.

4.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
