CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• S upervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining strict adherence to workplace safety standards and building codes."

• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements and targeted dates.

• Manage and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.

• Ensure all workers and contractors adhere to all safety regulations.

• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure optimal productivity.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experience in construction.
• Good knowledge risk assessment and workplace safety.
• Good team player and communication skills.
• Candidates with Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
