Project Sales Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure project sales opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as main contractors, consultants, developers, and architects
• Monitor market trends, project pipelines, and tender opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to propose customized solutions for clients
• Drive sales presentations, quotations, and negotiations to secure contracts
• Manage and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular forecasts and reports to management

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project sales experience in the construction industry (building materials, systems, or construction solutions)
• Strong network of contacts within the construction sector (main contractors, consultants, developers, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for project/client meetings
