Sales Designer (Landscaping)

Job responsibilities :

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences and budget for project

• Support and advise the client with regards to the requirements and obligations in each project and answer their queries positively

• Develop concept proposals as well as tender and construction drawings for presentation to clients and submission to consultants and contractors

. Negotiate contract and close sales to achieve individual and company sales targets

. Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of designs

• To ensure project development is within design brief/schedule & cost

. Conduct sites visit to monitor progress of project and address any issue that arising during installation phase

• Attend project/technical/consultant meeting where required

• Any other duties as and when assigned in nursery such as moss art, plants propagation activities when necessary

. A creative personality that will be able to accept changes from time to time

Job requirement:

• Diploma in landscape design or horticulture related field

• Fluent in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc.)

• Conceptualize and develop design to meet design objectives

• Creative, organize and able to translate conceptual ideas that are both workable and functional

• Good interpersonal skills and be able to work together with other colleagues

• Team player with discipline time management and quality control

• Result oriented and able to multitask between numerous projects

• Meet deadlines for design deliverables and other urgent task to be completed within deadline

• Manage project progress and co-ordinate with clients & fellow colleague

• Ensure projects are completed in line with client's expectations
