Senior Product Manager - Trading platform

• Working closely with key stakeholders to steer the strategic development of the platform and lead key initiatives to drive adoption.
• Produce feature needs analysis, gathering requirements, provide business sign-off for specifications and test artifacts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other stakeholders to drive product development
• Understands the user journey across internal and external customers. Map user pain points and feedback into long-term strategic roadmaps
• Devise and maintain detailed documentation for platform usage in accordance with continuous platform enhancement and introduction of new features.
• Effectively balance and prioritize across different user needs

Requirements

• Has at least 5 years of working experience in the area of derivatives, with a keen understanding and hands on experience relevant to wallet, quant trading, crypto, exchange system etc.
• Possess good business acumen with strong experience in product management / platform development.
• Possess strong multi-level communications skills and be savvy in building strong business relationships
• Able to use Mandarin and English to work with skakeholders/clients who speaks mandarin.
• this role will be 5 days onsite
