Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join the Corporate Communications and Branding team. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our content strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and experience in content creation across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisation objectives and target audience
- Create engaging and relevant content including videos/reels for our social media campaigns, and other communication channels
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints
- Work and guide external agency on content related matters
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to continuously improve content effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content for both on and offline channels
- Excellent writing, editing and production skills, with a strong sense of impactful story telling and keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
- Experience with content marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus
- Experience managing external agencies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good people management skills
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical abilities
