Job Description
- Responsible for entire Finance Accounts.
- Responsible for all aspects of General Ledger, Banking Treasury, Statutory compliances, Statutory Audit, Tax Returns, etc.,
- Implementing financial procedures, maintenance . Finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
- Preparation of Balance sheets and Profit Loss accounts.
- Responsible for month end activities, Payroll processing, PF returns, TDS Advance Tax Challan creation and payment , revenue reconciliations, Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Post expense accruals, and revenue accruals, initiate payments in bank etc...
- Reconcile Inventory, Supplier and Customer accounts
- Book all Invoices after ensuring that they are supported with proper approvals,documents such as POs, GRNs, etc. and supplier advances are adjusted before making final payments.
- Accounts Receivable Payable and GST Compliance
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
- Responsible for all client sales/purchase invoicing and accounts book keeping and communicating financial results and budget preparation to management
