Admin Coordinator
SINGAPORE WEFIC OCEAN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

Provide support to Administrative, IT and Service departments
Maintain office and Pantry supplies
Liaise with Vendors pertaining to Admin, HR.
Answer telephone calls and attend to visitors (Local & Overseas)
Make travel and hotel reservations for all staff, customers
Process VISA applications
Process Expenses Claim of CEO at a timely manner
Work closely with all stakeholders both local and overseas in all admin matters.
Prepare all Purchase Requisition required for Admin, HR Dept.
Diploma in related discipline.
One to two years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous and well-organized with a positive attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A team player with ability to work with all levels of staff
Able to start immediate/short notice is an advantage
