  • Support various business functions in establishing and documenting new processes.
  • Maintaining and updating centralized process and product document library as per QMS methodology for easy access & reference
  • Overseeing the implementation of new business processes
  • Be responsible to lead and deliver project/ program goals defined by the Sr. Management from time to time.
  • Set up a robust governance mechanism to ensure that checks and progress reviewed are conducted as scheduled.
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects that support strategic imperatives through use of Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Work closely with senior management to identify process improvement opportunities from time to time, within any area of the company.
  • Work closely with senior management to establish and deploy operational excellence program that integrates Lean and Six Sigma methodology. Ensure transformations are fully integrated into the organization.
  • Identify and highlight improvement projects towards improving quality, cost, productivity, and cycle time by reducing waste, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out short to medium term travel to support other office when require


For you to be successful…


Minimum 10 years of experience in process improvement or business excellence function 

Strong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping. 

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. 

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

Readiness to work across geographies and occasional travel, if required



You will require the following qualifications and skills


Bachelor’s degree in business management, process control management, or engineering is required. 

Hands on working experience of using tools like Microsoft Visio is a must 

Lean, Six Sigma (LSS) and Business Process Management trained 

Thorough knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001 and SOP documentation. 

Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies, like Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, etc. 

Some working experience in Operations and Finance processes would be an added advantage 

Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome. 

Experience in delivering training programs on Quality and Process Improvement will be preferred. 

Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data driven approach) 

Report and procedure writing skills.
