Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Software)


Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Feedback Handling: Record and categorize customer feedback, track issue resolution progress, and provide timely updates to customers.

2. Technical Support & Training: Offer remote operational guidance and on-site training to ensure customers can properly use and maintain equipment.

3. Report Statistics & Analysis: Collect and organize after-sales issue reports, classify problems, and standardize solutions.

4. Internal Support & Collaboration: Provide internal technical support and customer service, assisting the operations manager with data statistics and analysis.

5. Workflow Optimization: Improve end-to-end workflows to enhance service quality and optimize customer experience.

6. Defect Reproduction Testing: Reproduce reported defects, collaborate with R&D on quality issue resolution, and track improvements to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. Exceptional candidates may be considered regardless of formal education.

Experience: Minimum 3 year of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Linux, server configuration, network protocols, SQL, Oracle databases, and Git (or other code management tools).

Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages.

Knowledge of SVN, Git, or other version control systems.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
