HR EXECUTIVE(MARINE)

Main Responsibilities:

• Shipyard SOP (Induction/Handling NTS workers)
• Operating Time sheets and workers management
• Prepare and process orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Marine Team
• Arrange Materials as per the job requirement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marine Shipyard Industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Must have expereince marine administarion works
• Handling Local and Foreign workers salary/Time sheet
