Job Responsibilities:

• Drive team performance to meet company goals
• Expand customer base through various channels to drive business growth
• Foster strong customer relationships and manage customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Strong experience in shipping crew management business and relevant work experience in this area preferred.
• Have resources and networks with ship management companies. ( especially the SME companies )
• This role can be based anywhere in the world.
• Proven industry expertise, marketing acumen, and understanding of customer and competitor dynamics
• Strong financial management skills, including settlement, cost control, and tax planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with expertise in contract management, pricing, and market research.
