Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Executive to elevate Adullam’s public presence, strengthen our brand identity, and support fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact, storytelling, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Awareness & Brand Building
- Develop and implement digital campaigns to raise awareness of Adullam’s mission, services, and impact.
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Create compelling content (visuals, videos, copy) that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Maintain and update the website to ensure relevance, accessibility, and SEO optimization.
2. Fundraising Support
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to design and execute digital appeals and donor engagement campaigns.
- Support online fundraising events and giving campaigns through targeted digital strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize donor reach and conversion.
3. Community Engagement
- Build and nurture online communities that support Adullam’s cause.
- Respond to public inquiries and comments with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with influencers, media, or community groups.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital fundraising tools is a plus.
- Passion for social justice and empathy for vulnerable communities.
