HEAD BAKER

We are looking for a Head Baker to lead our bakery team and oversee all aspects of bread and pastry production. The Head Baker will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, developing new recipes, managing inventory, and ensuring that all products meet our standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the bakery team
• Develop and test new recipes
• Oversee daily production of baked goods
• Ensure quality and consistency of all products
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Train and mentor bakery staff
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with management on menu planning

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role
