Network Engineer

We are urgently looking for a Network Engineer to be part of a team delivering resilient, secure, and scalable network solutions for mission-critical environments such as data centres, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites. If you enjoy troubleshooting, optimizing network performance, and working with the latest technologies across hybrid environments, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance network infrastructure and solutions
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and load balancers
• Monitor device status and bandwidth, and perform root cause analysis
• Manage network maintenance, upgrades, and change requests
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate issues to vendors or stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams for seamless integration and service delivery
• Support SLA compliance with timely execution of service tickets and reporting

What You Bring:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in network operations or engineering
• Proficiency in managing Cisco network environments; ACI experience is a plus
• Hands-on with network firmware patching and ticket resolution
• CCNA/CCNP certification required
• ITIL certification and cloud environment experience are added advantages
• Strong communication, multitasking, and documentation skills
