Job Description:
Our client is a leading MedTech company with a growing footprint across the Middle East and international markets. Known for their innovative healthcare technologies and patient-centric approach, they are expanding their regional operations and looking to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to drive strategic hiring initiatives in the UAE and beyond. The Senior Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible for building and executing a regional recruitment strategy aligned with the company's rapid expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the UAE and regional markets.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of functions including R&D, clinical, commercial, operations, and corporate roles.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and future talent planning.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, headhunting, and referral strategies.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top healthcare tech employer in the region.
- Use data and metrics to monitor hiring effectiveness and continuously improve recruiting practices.
- Manage external recruitment vendors, platforms, and tools to ensure ROI and alignment with hiring goals. Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and internal recruitment policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior TA role.
- Prior experience hiring within the MedTech, pharma, biotech, or healthcare technology sector is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to scale hiring in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and data analytics. Fluent in English; and understanding Arabic as a language is a plus
