Order Processor (Part time)

Job Description

Working Location : Boon Lay (Jurong Logistics Hub)

Working Hours : 8 AM – 1 PM / 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

Duration : Part-Time, Permanent Role

Responsibilities

• Process sales order.

• Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare invoices according to received orders, ensuring all information is accurate.

• Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client’s order.

• Ad-hoc duties as and when required
  

Requirements

• O-level or equivalent.

• With 1 year of Sales Processing experience.

• Proactive and positive working attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in MS Office.
