Orders Processing Executive

We are a newly established subsdiary office of a leading supplier of wafer processing equipment for the MEMs, nanotechnology and semiconductor markets with headquarters in Austria.

We are looking for someone to manage the end to end process of spare parts orders for customers which include the following :

• Provide quotations

• Process orders received

• Perform shipping and receiving functions

• Prepare invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents

• Ensure timely delivery of customers' orders

• Provide order status updates to customers

• Maintain inventory controls

• Maintain proper records of all transactions

• Other administrative duties such as compilation of Field Engineers time sheets and co-ordinating travel

arrangements for Field Engineers

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in order processing and sales admin functions

• Strong attention to details and good organisational skills

• Experience with SAP system

• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
