Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations
• Lead and motivate a team of beauty professionals
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all service areas
• Schedule and manage staff shifts
• Train new team members and ensure ongoing staff development
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure all services are performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations
• Meet or exceed outlet sales and service targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role in the beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of hair, nail, and skin care services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Keen to learn new things and new trends
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
