HR & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and resourceful HR / Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! This unique dual-role offers you the opportunity to be hands on in full spectrum HR functions while also tapping into your creativity and content skills to manage our digital presence.

Human Resource

• Full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding - excluding payroll
• Operate AGHRM system - Attendance & leave administration
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
• Coordinate staff welfare, training programs, and company events
• Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

Digital Marketing

• Create engaging content using Canva, Lightroom, Capcut, for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Write blog articles to boost SEO and website engagement
• Design basic visuals and coordinate with vendors for marketing collaterals
• Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms

Location: Blk 6 Marsiling Industrial Estate Road 1, #01-14, Singapore 739275

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM (1hr lunch)

Requirements

• Familiarity with AGHRM or similar HRMS platform is a plus
• Creative eye for content and visual aesthetics
• Able to work independently
• No experience welcome!
