Software and Applications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full application lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Oversee the performance, upgrades, and support of key enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and reporting tools
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver appropriate application solutions
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality support
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and software licensing policies
• Provide oversight on minor SAP-related activities such as integration support or coordinating with the SAP team on cross-functional initiatives
• Monitor application performance, user feedback, and service-level improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in application or software management
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM, or cloud-based platforms
• Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
