Credit Analysis Officer
THE SHANGHAI COMMERCIAL & SAVINGS BANK, LTD. Singapore Branch

1. Responsible to write and present credit and risk analysis report on new credit applications and perform periodic reviews on existing credit files. Ensure all credit cases are properly and accurately assessed and prepared for management’s review.
2. Responsible to collect, evaluate and analyse clients’ credit and financial information timely.
3. Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Managers, including execute customer instructions, address any enquiries or concerns raised by customer, maintaining and updating client transaction records/reports as well as maintain up-to-date client data (e.g. contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of account reviews/renewals, etc.).
4. Read credit approvals and draft all required clauses for credit facility agreements. Liaise with Relationship Managers on matters relating to drafting of agreements.
5. Review timely all corporate assets and monitor utilization of credit facilities. Track covenants, financial statement submissions, call visits, AML monitoring, KYC reviews and ensure that all other credit approval conditions are fulfilled. Assist Relationship Managers in conducting stress test on business portfolio and assess impact on risk/return to the bank.
6. Conduct and manage account opening process, prepare supporting documents for corporate, credit & legal, handle credit documentation process, liaise with internal departments (Branch level and Head Office) & external agents, track status of documents and resolve any exceptions, and filing of all documents.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Relationship Managers or supervisors.
8. Backup in preparation of periodic financial reports to Head Office and outsourcing reports to the Authority.
9. Required language(s): Fluent in both Chinese and English is a plus (in order to liaise with Head Office in Taiwan).
