Job Description:

  • Review technical and commercial aspects of RFPs and quotes to prepare for tender/proposals and agreements for clients.
  • Monitor project expenses and verify supplier and subcontractors’ invoices.
  • Provide planning and cost control support, including variation reporting, milestone monitoring and customer billing.
  • Schedule and monitor project activities for effective implementation using reports.
  • Work with the project team to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.
  • Attend meetings with the project team and clients.
  • Prepare monthly project costing reports for management review.
  • Offer cost control and planning advice to the project teams.
  • Conduct on-site surveys and meetings with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Follow up on preparation of manpower/equipment reports for billing.
  • Work with Site Team to manage the manpower and their related passes for work at clients’ sites.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.


Key Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or related discipline.
  • Relevant experiences in the Petrol-Chemical Industry preferred.
  • Enterprise first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
  • Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
  • Ability to work well under stress and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Project
