Job Description:
- Review technical and commercial aspects of RFPs and quotes to prepare for tender/proposals and agreements for clients.
- Monitor project expenses and verify supplier and subcontractors’ invoices.
- Provide planning and cost control support, including variation reporting, milestone monitoring and customer billing.
- Schedule and monitor project activities for effective implementation using reports.
- Work with the project team to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.
- Attend meetings with the project team and clients.
- Prepare monthly project costing reports for management review.
- Offer cost control and planning advice to the project teams.
- Conduct on-site surveys and meetings with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Follow up on preparation of manpower/equipment reports for billing.
- Work with Site Team to manage the manpower and their related passes for work at clients’ sites.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or related discipline.
- Relevant experiences in the Petrol-Chemical Industry preferred.
- Enterprise first mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
- Ability to work well under stress and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Project
