Thermal Compression Next Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Product Support

• Support setup and demonstration of Thermal Compression (TC) products for customers and internal teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and sample bonding experiments; generate detailed technical reports.
• Provide 2nd level technical support to field service teams and customers.
• Define and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) and collect/analyze process data.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Line teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance problem-solving capabilities.

Innovation & Development

• Scout for new product ideas and process innovations related to thermal compression bonding.
• Evaluate and report potential improvements for existing products and processes.
• Build deep technical know-how through continuous learning and active project participation.

Customer Interaction

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including presentations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Interface with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable product features or solutions.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of wafer fab front-end and back-end processes and metrology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience with MATLAB, JMP, or other statistical data analysis tools is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with process development, bonding tools, and experimental analysis.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
