Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are a fast-growing company providing professional services including immigration consultancy, education, and business solutions. We’re now looking for a hands-on and performance-driven marketer to join our in-house marketing team and elevate our brand and lead generation efforts.

You are someone who not only understands the numbers behind digital campaigns but also knows how to create compelling content that converts. You are analytical, creative, and passionate about growing brands through data-driven digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads Management

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Perform audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation, and performance optimisation
• Track and analyse ad performance, provide clear reporting and actionable insights
Manage lead generation flow and ensure tracking is working (Pixel, GA4, etc.)

Content Creation

• Work with the marketing and design team to ideate and create ad creatives , landing pages, and social media content
• Write ad copy and marketing captions that are engaging and aligned with our tone
• Assist in producing basic visuals or liaise with designers for required assets
Maintain consistency in brand voice across platforms

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Assist in developing digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with different departments to gather insights for campaign content
• Coordinate seasonal promotions or campaign launches with internal teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (executive/senior level considered based on experience)
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Good understanding of lead funnels, tracking, and campaign optimisation
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
• Highly organised, independent, and performance-oriented
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
