Senior/Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the marketing portfolios in terms of brand awareness and market share.
• Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline) and trade marketing activities.
• Plan and track A&P spending within budget assigned and ensuring ROI for each campaign.
• Support execution of the promotion, advertising, and marketing campaign effectively through strategic partnership alliances with agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation according to timeline.
• Conduct market research, analyse consumer’s insights, market intelligence and competitive information to develop new concepts and effective marketing plan.
• Conceptualize innovative, consumption-driving promotions that are profitable and linking promotions to advertising wherever possible to create an integrated & targeted 360-degree marketing plan.
Build strong brand/product presence in all distribution channels

Key requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related studies.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of web marketing and analytics tools.
• Pro-active hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
