SITE ENGINEER

• Experience in aluminium industry.

• Attend regular meetings with Owners/clients/contractors/sub-con and ensure the progress is on schedule;

• Monitoring and follow up construction progress and progress claims.

• Liaise with site staffs, supervisors, foremen and suppliers.

• Handle contractual matters that arise

• writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork

• helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences

• Responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget.

• supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs

• liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public

• Execute, Coordination, Planning, and formulation of new/existing projects

• Close supervision, Management, and execution of construction works, including monitoring work progress and quality

• Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building

• Good communicate skills
