Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 5 years of restaurant management experience to lead our team and drive excellence in service, staff performance, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience, achieving financial targets, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
• Lead and support staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints or service issues
• Manage inventory, ordering and vendor relationships
• Analyze financial data to manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement and maintain service and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proficiency with POS and restaurant management systems
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety Certification or equivalent (preferred)
