Service Engineer.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Maintain proactive communication with customers and the Department Manager, providing timely updates on job progress and technical issues.
• Prepare risk assessments and relevant checklists for assigned job scopes.
• Communicate effectively with agents, shipowner representatives, classification societies and subcontractors regarding job coordination and entry permit arrangements via email and phone.
• Plan job execution thoroughly, including gathering technical information, manpower and work planning, scheduling, and organizing tools and equipment.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings prior to work commencement.
• Conduct inspection, installation (including engine alignment), repair, upgrades, troubleshooting, and overhaul of diesel engines and associated auxiliary systems.

You will need: -

• Minimum 5 years working experience with Engine Makers and Marine/Offshore/Power Generation Industry
• Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge with high-speed Caterpillar engine, sailing experience and Seaman book
