Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor welders qualifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and coordinate with clients/TPI.
- Perform fit-up, visual, NDE, dimensional, and hardness inspections at all stages.
- Report non-conformities and assist with corrective actions.
- Review weld data records before customer submission.
- Ensure welding follows approved WPS.
Requirements:
- AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 certification.
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in oil & gas with NDE exposure.
